Thirsties Size 1 Duo wraps and inserts comprise of a trim fitting nappy wrap, used with lay-in Duo inserts.  The size 1 Duo wraps and inserts will fit most babies from approx. 6-18lbs.  Duo wraps and inserts are sold separately.
