They have a 100% organic cotton top, hemp absorbent inner layer (55% hemp / 45% organic cotton) and a 100% waterproof polyester PUL layer

The Maxi pad measures approx 32 x 8cm

Care: after use, soak in cold water to rinse, then wash as normal.  Stretch to shape whilst damp and air dry
