Best Bottom Microfibre Stay-dry Inserts consist of 4 layers of super-thirsty microfibre topped with a super-soft no-pill fleece, pulling wetness away from baby's bottom, keeping them feeling dry. Super-trim and mega thirsty. Hourglass shaped insert which snaps into the Best Bottoms nappy shell.
